After you’ve filled out the initial online form, we will contact you to schedule a meeting with our team. Here, we will walk you through the standard process and narrow down the starting lease price.

Step 3: We Will Find the Right Occupant For the Property

Mountain Park has access to an expansive network of trustworthy occupants. We will use our extensive vetting process to find a company or organisation that has proven reliability and trustworthiness. This process ensures longer-term occupancy and results in better return on investment.

Step 4: We Will Take Care of Maintenance and Repairs

Mountain Park is connected to a network of on-call contractors. We will collaborate with these contractors to ensure any preventative maintenance or repairs will be dealt with in a timely and professional manner.

Step 5: Lease Payments Will be Deposited Monthly

We will automatically deduct the monthly fee from the lease payment. The remainder will be deposited between the 12th and 15th day of the month.
